Information Interaction of Design Procedures at the Stages of System Design of a Flexible Manufacture System

Abstract

An analysis was made of the main methods of automated design of a flexible production system (FPS) and the experience of creating a FPS, as a result of which the goal and main issues for an integrated automation system were determined, including special software, information, algorithmic and mathematical tools in the process of developing a FPS related to field of instrumentation. As the goal of the work, the task was set to create an interface for information interaction of design procedures and operations at the stages of system engineering design of the FPS in the field of radio-electronic industry. The analysis of the sources for the development of FPS of various types of electrical installations showed that the stages of designing and implementing such systems require a long time for creative and experimental research at the stage of system design. Based on the results of a comparative analysis of computeraided design systems for electronic elements for automating the control system and their devices, it was concluded that the solution of problems for the control of FPS belong to the category of difficult formalized ones and their solution requires the creation of logical modeling algorithms presented in the form of logical, frame, semantic and production models; the study of the features of technological processes in the fields of science and technology does not allow applying a unified approach to the creation of computeraided design tools. A model for searching the required information from databases in the form of logical knowledge by an associative feature from the library of electronic elements according to a step-by-step algorithm is proposed, reading information from the library of the selected CAD system environment and writing it into the working database of computeraided design of electronic equipment of the automated control system of the FPS.
