Abstract:This study investigates the analysis of the combination of Valsartan and Amlodipine besylate using the Infrared Fourier Transform and its quantitative calculations by chemometrics based on partial least squares with several variables. A calibration model has been formulated, and absorbance besylate measurements at wave numbers of 1634-1566 cm-1 for valsartan and 1127-1059 cm-1 for amlodipine every 2.0 cm-1.
