Abstract: Background: In this retrospective study, the initial clinical effects of microporous polysaccharide hemospheres (MPH) in peripheral vascular surgery were investigated. Methods: Forty patients who underwent peripheral vascular surgery using expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) grafts were included.
