Initial management of necrotizing external otitis: Errors to avoid

Abstract: The practice audit constantly revealed delayed management of MOE, often resulting in inappropriate antibiotic prescriptions. Publication of practice guidelines for primary and secondary care practitioners therefore appears to be essential.
