Insight into Drug Loading Regulated Micellar Rigidity by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Abstract: The rigidity of polymeric micelles plays an important role in their biological behaviors. However, how drug loading affects the rigidity of polymeric micelles remains elusive.
