Institutional Primacy vs. Transnational Segmentation: Transnational Networks of Regulatory Agencies and the Administrative Identifications of National Officials

Abstract: This article investigates the effects of embedding into transnational networks of regulatory agencies (TRNs) on the administrative identifications held by national agency officials.
