AbstrakKeberadaan serangga dapat dijadikan sebagai indikator keseimbangan ekosistem. Spesies serangga diurnal dan nokturnal juga terdapat di Hutan Sapen. Hal ini dikarenakan serangga tersebut mendapatkan persediaan makanan dan lingkungan yang mendukung untuk hidup. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengukur keanekaragaman, dan kemerataan serangga diurnal dan nokturnal pada Hutan Taman Kehati Sapen Nusantara. Pengumpulan spesimen dapat dilakukan secara teknik jelajah, yaitu terjun langsung ke lapangan dalam pengamatan dan pengambilan sampel. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu serangga yang aktif pada pagi sampai sore (serangga diurnal), dan serangga yang aktif pada malam hari (serangga nokturnal). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengamatan dan pengkoleksian serangga yaitu teknik tangkap langsung (direct sweeping) dan teknik jebakan (Trapping). Analisis data melalui identifikasi sampel, indeks Keanekaragamn (H’) dan Indeks Kemerataan (E). Hasil penelitian total temuan serangga malam dan serangga diurnal yaitu 344 individu, yang terdiri dari 8 ordo, 16 famili dan 35 spesies serangga terbanyak yaitu pada ordo Lepidoptera dan Ordo Orthoptera. Indeks Keanekaragaman (H’) pada serangga diurnal sebesar 2,363 dan serangga nokturnal sebesar 2,410 yang menunjukan bahwa nilai masing-masing serangga berkategori keanekaragaman sedang. Sedangkan Indeks kemerataan serangga diurnal sebesar 0,8 dan serangga nokturnal sebesar 0,9 yang menunjukan bahwa nilai masing masing serangga tersebut berkategori tinggi.Kata kunciSerangga Diurnal, Serangga Nokturnal, Keanekaragaman, Kemerataan, Hutan Sapen AbstractThe presence of insects can be used as an indicator of the balance of the ecosystem. Diurnal and nocturnal insect species are also found in the Sapen Forest. The abundance of insects is due to food supplies and a supportive environment to live in. This study was conducted to measure the diversity and even distribution of diurnal and nocturnal insects in the Sapen Nusantara Conservation Forest. Specimen collection was carried out through the roaming technique, going directly to the field for observation and sampling. The samples taken in this study were active from morning to evening (diurnal insects) and active at night (nocturnal insects). The methods used in observing and collecting insects are direct sweeping and trapping. Data analysis consists of sample identification, the diversity index (H') and Evenness Index (E). The results of the study total findings of nocturnal insects and diurnal insects were 344 individuals, consisting of 8 orders, 16 families and 35 species. Most insects are in the order Lepidoptera and Order Orthoptera. The Diversity Index (H') for diurnal insects is 2,363, and nocturnal insects are 2,410, which shows that the value of each insect is categorized as moderate diversity. Production of sand in gas wells is associated with various issues such as the erosion of pipes, disruption of the gas processing plant and reduced production capacity. Sand production can jeopardise the integrity of the pipes/equipment. Measuring the sand flow rate helps better sand control and management. Currently, there are many concerns about the accuracy of sand flow rate measurement using a commercial acoustic sand detector (ASD). This study suggests a relationship which substantially improves the accuracy of sand flow rate measurement using an ASD. This study also investigates using a simple ultrasonic sensor for sand flow rate measurement in which a fast Fourier transform (FFT) is used to convert data into the frequency domain. When a Savitzky–Golay filter is used on the FFT response, the smoothed output shows that there is a close relationship between the peak value of smoothed FFT signal in the 10–50 kHz frequency range, and the sand flow rate. This relationship provides a more accurate measurement of sand flow rate than is presently available using an ASD.

An integrated approach to manage sand production and evaluating the actual downhole well condition including the sand screen is very critical especially in North Sea mature fields. It is divided into 2 major areas; which are surface sand management and downhole evaluation. The LEAN workflow incorporates a multidisciplinary approach, lesson-learnt, best practices and the application of multiple latest logging technologies. Integrated risk assessment was performed to ensure no compromise in the service quality, health, safety and environment. An actual history case of a mature sand producer is discussed in detail to demonstrate the integrated evaluation workflow. The well sand management incorporates the geo-mechanical model analysis and the field experience to define the optimized well operating envelope for well start up, production optimization and shut in. The well real-time surveillance and monitoring is in place for early solid production detection. Standard evaluation package is defined for all solid samples. A downhole assessment of well integrity was undertaken to directly identify sand entry points and assess the condition of the stand-alone premium sand control screen. A combination of multi-sensor electromagnetic and multi-finger caliper technologies were selected in order to evaluate the integrity of the complete sand screen system, from base pipe to outer shroud and with full 360-degree circumferential coverage. The multi-finger caliper provides highly accurate measurements of the internal profile of the wellbore, while the electromagnetic measurement responds to variations in downhole component thickness utilizing an array of remote field eddy current sensors. The combination of these sensors, circumferentially positioned around the wellbore, allow identification of mechanical defects, orientation and, by cross-referencing the response of each sensor technology, provide supporting information to assist with the diagnosis of the mode of failure. A multiple array production log subsequently deployed across the screens with the objective of correlating the three-phase inflow profile with any anomalies observed in the combined multi finger caliper and electromagnetic survey. Additionally, dual tubular (tubing and production casing) integrity evaluation was performed on the upper completion with the application of pulsed eddy current technology. This measurement provides quantitative thickness evaluation through multiple concentric tubulars, utilizing the principle of electromagnetic transient decay. Included in this intervention are preventative wax removal and solid removal operations with wireline bailing tools and tractors. The operation encountered multiple operational challenges. The problems identifications, lessons learnt and solutions will be discuss respectively. The multidisciplinary integrated evaluations of all the results enable identification of the most economical and technical viable solution for each sand producer wells and optimized for value creation. The short, medium and long-term solutions are defined accordingly.
