Integrated Digital Filters for Videosignal Processing

Abstract

The structure of a digital chrominance filter for video signal processing containing a 6 bit A/D-converter will be described. The complete system is developed in a NMOS-process with the smallest geometries of 3,5 ym. SummaryFor many applications in the consumer electronics field inte¬ grated filter systems are very attractive especially if the filter characteristic is programable. This can be demonstrated by an input stage for the chrominance part of a digital videosignal processing system.
