Integrated LED-induced fluorescence correlation spectroscopy module for lucigenin concentration detection

Abstract: In this work, we developed a LED-induced fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) module with an integrated and compact structure. Based on a demonstrated development scheme, lucigenin solution was used as testing samples in the evaluation trials to elaborate on its fluorescence detection capability. Results show that the FCS module has an outstanding linear response in the range of 0 to 1 μmol·L-1; and its sensitivity and limit of detection (LOD) are 0.1692 V/μmol·L-1 and 0.03μmol·L-1, respectively.
