Integrated mRNA and microRNA transcriptome analysis reveals miRNA regulation in response to PVA in potato

Abstract: Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is the fourth most important crop worldwide. Potato virus A (PVA) is one of the most harmful viruses infecting potatoes.
