Integrating a Clinical Pharmacist into a Multidisciplinary Pain Center: Feedback and Perspectives

Abstract: Background:In January 2017, two clinical pharmacists joined our institution’s multidisciplinary pain center care team. They help optimize management of chronic pain patients.
