Integrating invasive hemodynamic parameters into risk stratification of acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock

Abstract: A ratio of systolic blood pressure over left ventricle end-diastolic pressure (SBP/LVEDP) ≤4 identifies patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) at greater risk of in-hospital mortality or that may require the use of mechanical circulatory support (MCS).
