The purpose behind this research work is to recognise the measures of financial literacy, examine their relative importance and develop causal linkages among them. The study has employed the method of DEMATEL to achieve the objective. For this study, the interviews were conducted with experts from India between March and May of the year 2019. Three main measures and nine sub‐measures were identified. The results of the research work pointed out that financial knowledge gets the top priority. Among sub‐measures, financial education, financial experience, financial behaviour and financial awareness are on the top in the priority list. On the basis of R–C values, the measures have been classified into groups based on cause and effect relationships.

Suradnja s udrugama u provedbi javnih politika najčešće se očituje kroz različite oblike financijske i nefinancijske podrške koje jedinice lokalne samouprave pružaju programima i projektima od interesa za opće dobro. Ta vrsta međusektorske suradnje ima veliki potencijal za generiranje brojnih pozitivnih promjena i stvaranje prijeko potrebnih sinergija za održiv društveni i gospodarski razvoj. U kojoj će mjeri taj potencijal biti ostvaren, uvelike ovisi o kvaliteti kriterija, standarda i postupaka za dodjelu financijskih i nefinancijskih podrški, kao i organizacijskim i ljudskim resursima unutar javnih institucija nužnih za uspješno praćenje i vrednovanje ugovorenih modela podrške. Glavni cilj ovog rada je na primjeru pokazati kako je moguće unaprijediti kvalitetu donošenja odluka u lokalnoj samoupravi primjenom metoda odlučivanja u procesu donošenja odluka o financiranju udruga u kulturi. Na primjeru će se odrediti važnost (težinski koeficijenti) kriterija i podkriterija za procjenu kvalitete projekata/prijava udruga u kulturi (N = 18) s područja Grada Zaboka. Isto tako, u ovom radu AHP metoda primijenit će se za izradu modela rangiranja programa/projekata u kulturi koji su financirani iz proračuna Grada Zaboka. Model će se validirati na povijesnim podacima iz 2018. godine.

Achieving any of the three primary missions of higher education institutions (HEIs) (teaching, scientific production and contribution to the society) is today almost impossible without information and communication technologies (ICT). Because of this, analyzing the maturity of ICT use at HEIs becomes useful and necessary for two main reasons: (1) HEIs can determine how digital mature they are based on how ready they are for different ICT challenges, and (2) HEIs can determine what ICT areas and fields they need to improve. There are many frameworks for measuring the digital maturity, but none for HEIs. In this paper, the methodology for developing a digital maturity model for HEIs (DMMHEI) is presented. DMMHEI consists of two parts: (1) a framework that covers areas and elements which influence digital maturity and (2) a two-component instrument used to assess the HEI's digital maturity. The methodology for creating such a model is based on paradigm called design science research (DSR). Once created, the methodology can be applied in different higher education systems in different countries to create DMMHEIs that are adjusted to different contexts.
