Integration of an Electrically Driven InGaAsP Based Microdisk Laser with a Silicon based Passive Photonic Circuit

Abstract: Electrically driven InGaAsP based microdisk lasers are bonded on a 200 mm SOI Wafer with submicron Silicon waveguides.
