Abstract:Background
Ovine pulmonary adenomatosis (OPA) is a contagious lung epithelial tumor of sheep caused by jaagsiekte sheep retrovirus (JSRV), which causes severe economic losses for the sheep industry in the world. The specific oncogenic mechanism of JSRV is not yet clarified.
