Abstract:Aim: Neurogenic pulmonary edema (NPE) following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is still one of the most catastrophic complications with its high morbidity and mortality rate. Systemic sympathetic hyperactivity has been considered in the pathogenesis, but it has not been clarified.
