Interactive effect of semen and cervical mucus quality on postcoital test outcome: analysis from an andrological point of view

Abstract: This study analysed the relationship between semen quality and the postcoital test (PCT) outcome in 616 couples, especially focusing on the interactive effect of semen and cervical mucus quality. When PCTs performed in the presence of unfavourable mucus were excluded, a significant correlation was found between semen parameters and PCT outcome.
