Interband Magnetoabsorption in Cylindrical Quantum Layer with Smorodinsky-Winternitz Confinement Potential

Abstract: Electronic states and interband transitions in the cylindrical quantum layer Ga 1−x 1 Al x 1 As/GaAs/ Ga 1−x 2 Al x 2 As are studied. As a confinement potential the radial analogue of Smorodinsky-Winternitz potential is considered. The quantum transitions are studied in dipole approximation at the presence of the magnetic field directed along layer axis.
