Abstract:The interfacial incompatibility between lithium phosphorus oxynitride (LiPON) and anode greatly deteriorates the performance of thin‐film all‐solid‐state supercapacitors (ASSSCs). This article investigates oxygen plasma treatment to improve the interface.
