Interference dilatometers for measuring the thermal coefficient of linear expansion of thermally stable optical materials

Abstract: Interference dilatometers have been developed and introduced that make it possible to measure the thermal coefficient of linear expansion of thermally stable optical materials such as sitalls under production conditions with an accuracy corresponding to the level of reference dilatometers.
