Intermodal Transportation Challenges in Eastern Europe: Case Study of Romania

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analyze data from the Romanian intermodal transportation sector and provide an overview of its main terminals (sea, river, road and rail) and the operational challenges faced by its most important logistics service providers.
