Intermolar Mandibular Distraction Osteogenesis—A Preliminary Report

Abstract: Background: Dental Class II is the most common indication for combined orthodontic-orthognathic treatment. Intermolar mandibular distraction osteogenesis (IMDO) treatment was performed during the growth spurt, to avoid surgery at a later age.
