Abstract: The Montreal Protocol is widely considered one of the most successful multilateral environmental agreements, which succeeded in controlling the global emissions of ozone-depleting substances. This paper analyzes the efforts made by China on the London Amendment. The principle of 'common but differentiated responsibilities is discussed with China's own efforts on global ODS.
