Interpretable Hierarchical Bayesian Modeling of Cell-Type Distributions in COVID-19 Disease

Abstract: High-throughput sequencing of ribonucleic acid molecules is used increasingly to understand gene expression in organs, tissues, and therapies, at a single-cell level.
