Interstitial Pregnancy -Conservative Management by Systemic Methotrexate

Abstract: Background: Interstitial pregnancy poses a great diagnostic and therapeutic challenge and carries a high maternal mortality. Because of myometrial distensibility, they tend to present late when rupture occurs.
