Intra‐abdominal lymph node flaps in lymphedema therapy: An anatomical guide to donor site selection

Abstract: Background: Secondary lymphedema is a leading sequela of cancer surgery and radiotherapy. The microsurgical transfer of lymph node flaps (LNFs) to affected limbs can improve the symptoms.
