Intracortical Screw Insertion Plus Limited Open Reduction in Treating Type 31A3 Irreducible Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of intracortical screw insertion plus limited open reduction in treating type 31A3 irreducible intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.
