Abstract:Coronary artery aneurysms are well known, and intramyocardial coronary artery aneurysms comprise a rare type of this condition. This case image presents an incidentally detected intramyocardial aneurysm in the left anterior descending artery of a 32‐year‐old man with atypical chest pain evaluated by multimodality imaging. The presence of an intramyocardial echo‐free space may flag up this condition.
