Abstract:Introduction. Radical cystectomy with urine diversion is recognized as the standard for the treatment of muscle-invasive bladder cancer. One of the dangerous complications in the postoperative period is the stricture of uretero-ileal anastomosis leading to hydroureteronephrosis, renal failure, and urosepsis.
