Abstract:Background: To improve the accuracy of electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy (ENB) in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, we developed an innovative method to modify ENB, which first combines Intraprocedural Computed tomography (CT) guided navigation with Ventilatory strategy for Atelectasis (ICNVA).
