Intuitionistic Fuzzy Linguistic Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging Operator for Group Decision Making

Abstract: With respect to multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems, in which the attribute weights take the form of real numbers, and the attribute values take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic variables, a decision analysis approach is proposed. In this paper, we develop an intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic induce OWA (IFLIOWA) operator and analyze the properties of it by utilizing some operational laws of intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic variables. A new method based on the IFLIOWA operator for… Show more

“…Especially, in the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic environment, this condition may be worse. Therefore, to solve MALGDM problems under intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic environment, Xian presented an intuitionistic triangular fuzzy linguistic variable that considers principal component, which applied intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic preference relation to provide the preference degree of decision makers. Definition Let a continuous linguistic term trueŜ be fixed, an intuitionistic triangular fuzzy linguistic variable considering principal component is defined as: ṡ=false([sα,sβ,sγ];μṡ,νṡfalse),where sα,sβ,sγŜ,sαsβsγ, and [sα,sβ,sγ] denotes the principal component of trueṡ; the values μṡ and νṡ represent the maximum degree of the membership and the nonmembership, respectively, and satisfy the 0μtrueṡ1,0νtrueṡ1, and 0μtrueṡ+νtrueṡ1.…”
