Abstract:Zinc finger (ZF) protein Kaiso mediates the transcription repression by binding with methylated DNA through ZF domains and recruiting the nuclear receptor co-repressor (NCoR) complex via its BTB/POZ (Broad complex, Tramtrack, Bric-à-brac/Pox virus and Zinc finger) domain.
