Abstract:In this study, to evaluate some antioxidant parameters of Simmental dairy cow’s milk and milk cells, the catalase (CAT), reduced glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA), vitamin C (Vit C), and total protein (TP) were determined, and correlations between these parameters were revealed.
