Abstract:A. V. MalyshevUDC 537.226Loop-shaped dependences of the electric polarization on the electric field strength (the dielectric hysteresis) are registered for the first time for polycrystalline Li-Ti ferrite. Temperature evolution of the hysteresis loop parameters is investigated for ferrite samples. The results obtained can be interpreted from the viewpoint of the Maxwell-Wagner relaxation polarization or induced ferroelectric-like state in the electric ferrite subsystem.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
