(Invited) Single-Molecule Electronics for DNA Sequencing

Abstract: Nanoscale materials provide new opportunities to interface solid-state electronics with biomolecules and biochemical activity. For example, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) have the special property of electronic resistance that is sensitive to single electrons.
