Is it a better option for young patients with femoral neck fracture to be placed with four cannulated screws during reduction and internal fixation

Abstract: Aim To compare the efficacy of three cannulated screws and four cannulated screws in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods This is a retrospective study.A total of 215 patients were enrolled for the study. Patients who received four cannulated screws were included in the observation group, while patients who received three cannulated screws were included in the control group.
