Abstract:Overhydration (OH) is a common medical problem found in patients with kidney or heart failure, but still a specific marker has not been found. Clinicians today use bioimpedance spectroscopy (BIS), ultrasound (US) markers of fluid overload or markers of heart and kidney function like NT-pro-BNP, GFR or creatinine levels.
