Is single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy safe? Results of a systematic review and meta-analysis

Abstract: In selected patients, SILC has similar overall morbidity compared with MILC; further, it results in better cosmetic satisfaction and reduced postoperative pain despite longer operative time.
