Abstract:We investigate the static properties of a new class of 1D Ising‐like Hamiltonian for binuclear spin‐crossover materials accounting for two‐, three‐, and four‐body short‐range interactions between binuclear units of spins [[EQUATION]] and [[EQUATION]].
