Isolated bilateral iliac arterial aneurysms: report of two cases

Abstract: Most ili ac arterial aneurysms are extension of aortic ath eroscl erotic disease. Iso lated ili ac arterial aneurysm, a rare type of aneurysm,is located deep in the pelvis,does not often produce symptoms, and is difficult to detect clinically.
