Abstract:Rosai–Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare, nonmalignant disorder of histiocyte proliferation which usually involves the cervical lymph nodes. Isolated extranodal RDD is rare which mimics other neoplastic processes thus causing diagnostic difficulties to the clinicians and radiologists.
