Zusammenfassung:Intestinale Pseudoobstruktion ist ein Syndrom, das auf verschiedenen Störungen der gastrointestinalen Motilität und Propulsion beruht und sich klinisch unter dem Bild einer Obstruktion präsentiert. Eine luminale Okklusion ist per definitionem auszuschließen. Das Syndrom tritt entweder in primärer Form als Folge von spezifischen Erkrankungen des Nervensystems oder der glatten Muskulatur des Gastointestinaltrakts oder sekundär als Folge systemischer Erkrankungen mit Mitbeteiligung des Gastrointestinaltrakts auf. Eine intestinale Pseudoobstruktion kann sich akut oder in protrahiert chronischer Form manifestieren, in jedem Lebensalter vorkommen und auch jeden Abschnitt des Gastrointestinaltrakts betreffen. Die klinisch-pathologischen Erscheinungsbilder unterliegen daher einer großen Vielfalt. Abstract:Intestinal pseudoobstruction includes a diverse group of propulsive disorders in which there are no gross lesions causing mechanical obstruction of the intestinal lumen. Intestinal pseudoobstruction can be acute or chronic and either primary (often idiopathic) or secondary to local or systemic disease. The syndrome occurs at any age and may involve any site of the gastrointestinal tract. The clinical and pathologic presentation, both show a great diversity.
