Isolation and Identification of Enteric Bacteria as Index Organisms for Milk Hygiene

Abstract: The present study was designed to isolate enteric bacteria from Egyptian raw milk. Twenty two samples were assembled randomly from local stores in Mansoura city and surrounding hamlets. Those samples are including Rayeb milk, buffalo farm milk, cow farm milk, bulk tank farm milk and bulk tank milk.
