Isolation and Lability of Optically Active Telluronium Imides

Abstract: Optically active telluronium imides have been isolated for the first time, by optical resolution of their racemic samples on an optically active column by medium‐pressure column chromatography. The relationship between absolute configuration and their optical properties was clarified, and the mechanism for their racemization was also studied.
