Abstract:Aims: Salmonellosis is a critical, common infectious disease afflicting people and animals alike, that is caused by Salmonellabacteria. With bacteria showing resistance to antibiotics, new methods should be introduced to prevent and treat this disease. To that end, bacteriophages are promising choices.
