Abstract:Aims: This study aims to isolate and identify the indigenous bacteria of almonds fermentation.
Methods: Characterization of the indigeneous bacteria are using gram staining, biochemical tests, 16SrRNA gene sequencing, and the antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli bacteria.
