Isolation, characterization, and resistance profile of Salmonella spp. from chicken cuts

Abstract: The present study aimed at isolating and characterizing Salmonella spp. from chicken cuts marketed in Francisco Beltrão, PR, and verify the resistance profile of the isolates against antimicrobials used in human therapy.
