Isolation, Cultural and Morphological Characterization of Alternaria dauci causing Alternaria Leaf Blight of Carrot

Abstract: dietary fiber, antioxidants, minerals and fall in alkaline fruit. Carrots contain minerals such as Calcium (39mg), Phosphorus (26 mg), Sodium (32 mg), Potash (102 mg), and Ferrous/Iron (1.4 mg) per 100g fresh weight. Carrots are rich in vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6) and abundant of β-carotene, a dimmer of vitamin A.
