Isomeric transitions between shape coexisting states in iodine isotopes withA=115, 119 and 121

Abstract: Abstract. Applying delayed V-r.f. coincidences and generalized centroid-shift analysis, nanosecond isomers in some odd-A iodine isotopes are studied in-beam. The reactions 1~p2n) and 116'1188n(6Li, 3n) have been 123'125I [10] where the lifetimes of the 11/2~-and 9/2 + band heads were determined.
