“It Keeps Me Busy”: Social Engagement among Women in a Nursing Home

Abstract: This paper explored the personal and environmental factors of activity involvement among women, living in a nursing facility in the United State. Facility and individual characteristics were assessed through informal interviews with staff and residents. A thematic analysis of the data was performed.
